RMCG is a Victorian consulting business specialising in natural resource management planning. Symbolix is a company that specialises in the development and application of Decision Support Systems nationally and internationally.

Cate Turner, Senior Consultant (RMCG)
Cate has a strong knowledge of both NRM decision makers in Australia, and of software-based frameworks for decision making. Cate has skills and experience in sustainability, strategy development and strategic foresight, complemented by training in environmental science and law. She has 11 years of practical consulting experience in the research, development and review of plans, policy and position papers for clients around NRM issues and sustainability.

Dr Stuart Muir, Managing Director (Symbolix)
Stuart Muir has over ten years in numerical modelling and applications. Stuart has focused his skills on correctly assessing a given problem and applying the most appropriate numerical techniques. These skills have been applied across most sectors, supplying invaluable support to the decision making process. His skills in communicating complex concepts have ensured that the most powerful modelling techniques can be used, and their insights correctly and safely applied within the management process.

Matthew Toulmin, Principal Consultant (RMCG)
Matthew is a natural resource economist with experience in working with clients across government, the water industry and community groups advising on public policy, regulation and strategic planning. He has extensive experience of utility and natural resource policy analysis and development, strategic planning and community consultation. He specialises in helping clients develop practical solutions to complex challenges.
